About  Kate Bell 

Named Rookie of the Year and ranked Top 10 Victoria Agent in 2021, 2022, and 2023 on Rate my Agent, it is no surprise that Kate is often described as a go-getter and problem solver. Raised in Victoria, Kate has successfully transacted over $50 Million in sales to-date. Previously involved in brand development for a large-scale event production company in Canada and the United States, Kate’s demonstrated history in marketing, communications, media relations, and entrepreneurialism helps her utilize this skill set as an advantage for her clients. Her marketing expertise has provided Kate with a keen understanding of consumer habits and the marketplace in the residential real estate sector. Alongside her real estate license, Kate also holds an English Literature degree with a minor in Professional Writing, Journalism, and Publishing from The University of Victoria and, in 2015, Kate co-founded a local business in Victoria with a successful buy-out in 2022.
